Questions, answered
Is the design consultation really free?
Yes. A designer comes to your property, walks the yard with you, and talks through ideas and rough budget at no charge. If you move ahead with a full design, there's a design fee that we credit back toward the build.
Do you just build it, or can you maintain it after?
Both. A lot of clients have us design and build the yard, then stay on for lawn care and seasonal garden maintenance so it still looks right in year three. One crew knows the whole property.
How long does a paver patio take?
Most residential patios run three to six working days once we start, depending on size, access, and any walls or features. We give you a real schedule up front and keep the site clean while we work — not a muddy mess for a month.
Do you offer a warranty?
Every build is backed by our 5-year workmanship warranty, and installed plants carry a one-year replacement guarantee when we maintain them. If something settles or a plant doesn't take, we come back and make it right.
